We are joined by one of the leading lights of MMA in the UK, Richard Shore. Along with being a Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu, Richard is the founder and Head Instructor at Shore Mixed Martial Arts (SMMA). Richard is also the head coach, cornerman and father of UFC Bantamweight contender, Jack Shore. We spoke about Richard's "origin story" into MMA, why SMMA is turning into MMA's "Dagestan of Western Europe", the challenges a father faces when coaching and cornering their son in an MMA fight and so much more.
